January Sweet Treats
With the beginning of the new year always comes an idea of a new you! What better way to keep on track with your new lifestyle than some healthier whole food sweet treats? Two of my new favorites are peanut butter protein balls and snicker dates.
Peanut butter protein balls
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
2 TBSP chai seeds
Directions: combine all ingredients and roll into 16 balls. Refrigerate to store.

Snicker Dates
Dates (pitted)
Peanut butter
Semi sweet Chocolate chips (melted)
Directions: measure with your heart! Fill pitted dates with peanut butter and coat in melted chocolate.
